Below you will find information about payment, postage and returns and exchanges. If there is anything you are unsure about, please contact us.

PAYMENT

We take payments through PayPal which is 100% secure. You can use your credit/debit card to pay and don’t need to sign up for a PayPal account. If you have any problems paying for your order then do get in touch and we will try to resolve your issues quickly.

All of our products are made to order so please bear this in mind and order your gift in plenty of time. If you are on a tight deadline then we will try to accommodate this but please make sure to get in touch with us before placing your order.

No orders will be sent until payment has cleared.

POSTAGE

We currently only deliver to the UK.

All of our products are hand made to order and as such, there may be delays during busy periods.  We post your purchases as soon as possible and wrap them securely so you can be sure they will arrive safely.  For information on wedding favours, please get in touch.

Our products are sent by Recorded First Class with Royal Mail and will require a signature on arrival, this service usually takes 1-3 working days after postage to arrive. For orders with a value of £40 or more, we send parcels with Special Delivery Next Day, although this costs a bit more, we want to ensure your purchases reach you safely.

Products sent First Class may take longer to arrive due to adverse weather conditions etc. Unfortunately, we can not take responsibility for this and appreciate your patience.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

At this time Pixie Hall cannot accept refunds or exchanges unless a product in damaged during transit.

Please contact us before returning an item.  Items are returned at the expense of the customer and within 7 days of receiving their purchases.  Only the cost of the product itself will be refunded.
